Robert’s experience spans federal, commercial, and municipal sectors, with deep roots in Department of Defense and SCIF projects. He’s led estimating, design-build coordination, and proposal strategy across aerospace, healthcare, renewable energy, wastewater, and secure facility builds. He’s also well-versed in federal small business programs—8(a), HUBZone, ANC—and has helped multiple startups position themselves for success in the government space.
Before joining Martinez, Robert served as a business management consultant and program manager, overseeing $90M+ in project revenue. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from LSU and is a PMP-certified project manager. He’s also active in SAME, RIMS, and the American Society of Professional Estimators.
