Robert Heller brings precision, versatility, and a no-nonsense mindset to every project. With over 20 years in the construction industry and hands-on experience across complex civil and infrastructure builds, he’s known for keeping teams aligned, schedules on track, and specs dialed in.
A natural communicator with a sharp sense of humor, Robert knows how to keep things moving—and keep morale high. He’s serious about quality and safety, but just as committed to mentoring the next wave of builders and making the jobsite a place people want to be. His background spans electrical, civil, MEP, solar, and stormwater systems for major federal clients including USACE, NAVFAC, FWS, the VA, and DOT. Before joining Martinez, he led project teams through procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field execution on large-scale energy and infrastructure work.
He holds certifications in CQM (USACE/NAVFAC), OSHA 30, EM 385, and CPR/First Aid, and is currently completing his B.A. in Business Administration to round out his leadership skill set.
At Martinez, Robert is known for his calm under pressure and practical, team-first approach to solving challenges in the field.
Off the jobsite, Robert’s either in the kitchen testing a new recipe or in the garage working on his latest car project. Whether it’s food or engines, he brings the same focus and curiosity to his downtime that he brings to every build.
