Project Engineer

Ken Foster brings energy, adaptability, and a sharp eye for detail to his role as Project Engineer at Martinez. With a background in communication and a growing foundation in engineering and design, he bridges the gap between technical coordination and hands-on execution—helping turn complex ideas into clean, well-built results.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Ken began his career in tech sales and stakeholder engagement, developing skills in client service, fast-paced problem-solving, and project flow. When he’s not on a jobsite, Ken enjoys woodworking and custom furniture design, traveling with his family, and sharing good meals and better stories with friends.
