Alan De La Ossa brings a lifetime of hands-on know-how to the jobsite—rooted in grit, precision, and a deep understanding of how things get built. Raised on a working farm and ranch in Southern Arizona, he learned early how to operate heavy equipment, manage complex logistics, and get things done with limited resources.
In his late twenties, Alan headed to Seattle and jumped into the window trade, eventually becoming a co-owner and later launching his own remodeling and retrofit company. He later returned to Arizona to team up with his brother, taking on federal contracting work that included road construction, tower site development, and campground builds.
Known for his eye for grading, expert equipment operation, and no-nonsense approach to problem-solving, Alan brings practical insight and steady leadership to every phase of the project. At Martinez Construction, he’s the guy who sees the terrain, gets the crew aligned, and makes sure the work gets done right.
